Furthering our commitment to women’s football, we can proudly unveil a new sponsor agreement with Hashtag United Women.
Starting from last month’s 7-0 victory over Billericay Town, Football Manager is now the front-of-shirt sponsor for the remainder of their FA Women’s National League South campaign.
This deal marks the next step in the fruitful and long-running relationship between the studio and Hashtag, with Football Manager having previously been the shirt sponsor for the men’s first team between 2018 and 2021. Last month, Hashtag founder Spencer Owen fronted the official first look playthrough of Football Manager 26 alongside West Ham and England star Jarrod Bowen.
Formerly known as Basildon United Ladies, Hashtag have been fielding a competitive women’s side since 2020. In the last two seasons they’ve twice finished second in the National League South, flirting with promotion to the Women’s Super League 2.
Through this new agreement, Hashtag United has also become the latest club to gain access to the studio’s official database platform FMDB Pro to help with player identification and their further progression through non-league football.
