  • Where can I find my Redemption Code for Football Manager?

    Your 20-digit SEGA code will be on an insert inside your packaging for Football Manager (PC/Mac).

  • With my Football Manager Redemption Code can I get a copy of the game on multiple platforms?

    Your purchase and SEGA redemption code entitles you to one copy of the game on one of the following platforms of your choice – Steam or Epic Games (FM26 PC Only).

  • What can I do if I’ve chosen the wrong platform during the redemption process?

  • How do I activate my game on Steam/Epic Games now I’ve redeemed my Football Manager code?

  • What can I do if I haven’t received an email with my activation key after redeeming?

    Please check your Junk Mail/Spam inbox of the email address you entered into the Redemption site first and wait up to 20 minutes for this to arrive.

    If you still haven’t received your key by this point, please contact our Support Team.

  • I’ve tried my code on the Redemption Site and it says my code has already been used/is not valid?

    Please contact our Support Team remembering to include your proof of purchase and a copy of your full code in photographic form.

  • I’ve tried to use the code in the box on Steam and it isn’t working?

    The code in your box is for the FM code redemption website. Follow the on-screen instructions you’ll then be able to get a Steam/Epic activation key to allow you to activate your game.

  • I live in Brazil, will I be able to purchase and play Football Manager 26?

    Football Manager is not available for redemption or activation in Brazil.

  • How do I sign up to FMFC?

  • Does the email address I use have to be the same as the one I use for my Steam/Epic Games account?

    No, the email addresses do not need to be the same as the address entered; it’s just for the purposes of delivering your Steam/Epic activation key.

  • My Steam/Epic games activation key isn’t working on their platform?

    Please double-check that you are entering the correct key to the correct platform as instructed via your email. If you are sure, you are entering the correct key but cannot activate, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
